We are busy creating our new NYC borough guide, 111 Places in Queens That You Must Not Miss!
Our dream team is Author Joe DiStefano, the expert in all things Queens, especially food, and Photographer Clay Williams, whom you may have seen standing head and shoulders above the crowd photographing the best food events in the city. This guidebook, to be published early this summer, will be filled with hidden gems throughout the borough.
And we want to know your secrets!
We are holding 5 spots out of our 111 places for suggestions from anyone who knows the Borough of Queens. Here are the kinds of places we are seeking:
Places related to literature, film, music
Residences, workplaces or graves of prominent people
Romantic places
Superlatives (the smallest, biggest, fattest, first, last xy …)
Shops that sell a particular specialty
Open studios/crafts
Street art & public art
Abandoned or haunted places
Historic crime scenes
Any other cool, funky place you think people would want to visit!
Note: NO FOOD OR RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS, PLEASE. Joe already knows them all.
WIN THIS GUIDEBOOK! When you send us a recommendation, your email will be entered into a raffle to win a free copy of this book when it comes out this summer!
Please send your recommendations for special places in Queens to Karen.Seiger@111Places.com by March 12, 2017!
